The mission of Mott Community College is to provide high quality, accessible, and affordable educational opportunities and services that cultivate student success and individual development and improve the overall quality of life in a multicultural community. The college offers certificates and associate degrees that lead to a career or are transferable to a four-year university or college.
The employee experience includes:
- Multiple award programs, including the President’s Service Awards that recognize employees who have worked as a group of two or more to achieve exceptional service
