As a partner at Gault Davison, the oldest law firm in Genesee County, Kyle Wallace focuses on advising small businesses and non-profits on legal strategy and personalized estate planning for families, couples, and individuals.

In his two years at the Grand Blanc firm, Wallace has emphasized community engagement and formed partnerships with nonprofits including Clara’s Hope, Humane Society of Genesee County, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Flint and Genesee County, among others. So far in 2024, Gault Davison has donated or raised over $20,000 for these causes.

Prior to joining Gault Davison, Wallace served as general counsel for a Denver start-up working to reduce chemicals in food products for vulnerable populations. While there, he led a nationwide litigation effort to reduce heavy metal contamination in baby food and infant formula, resulting in the introduction of multiple pieces of legislation aimed at reducing those contaminants. He also served as the company’s senior director of finance and was responsible for all laboratory operations.

Prior to that, Wallace worked for the Miami Dolphins doing contract management and personnel evaluation. This included coordinating the NFL team’s player personnel and football administration departments’ efforts during the post-draft free agent signing process.

In Genesee County, Wallace serves on the boards of the Flint Freedom Schools Collaborative, the Prism Project, and Flint & Genesee Young Professionals. He also volunteers with the Kiwanis Club of Flint, Rotary Club of Grand Blanc, and Genesee County Spartans.

He earned his bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University. He also has a Master of Business Administration in finance and a Juris Doctor degree from Tulane University.
