Amir E. Abu-Aita is an attorney at the Abu-Aita Law Firm, PLLC in Grand Blanc where he specializes in elder law, Medicaid, veterans benefits planning, probate and estate planning, business transactions, and assisted living law. He has an extensive background in helping the elderly through his family-owned, licensed, assisted living homes. At Serenity Assisted Living residential care home in Clio, Abu-Aita assisted the elderly with their medical needs. Today, he continues to dedicate his life to helping elderly people with their legal and planning needs.
Abu-Aita is a board member of the Genesee County Bar Association and a member of the State Bar of Michigan’s elder law and probate and estate planning sections. He also serves as a member of the Genesee County Commission on Aging and the Adult Foster Care Providers of Genesee County. He is a board member of the Elder Abuse Alliance, a nonprofit dedicated to improving the quality of lives of at-risk older adults in Genesee County.
